We offer free shipping on all orders over €85 within the Netherlands and Belgium.
For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated based on the selected shipping method and location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.


Return Policy

We accept returns that meet the following criteria and offer a refund or store credit. All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • All products must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Original labels and tags must remain intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Returns

If your new purchase doesn’t suit you, you can return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price. We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unused, unworn, and unwashed products (except for trying on the product(s)) in the same condition they were sold to you. Labels or tags should remain intact whenever possible. The product(s) should be returned in or with the original packaging.

Exchanges and Refunds

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund if the product is defective. We offer exchanges for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging, with the return form fully completed. Refunds and exchanges are only given for items returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Items returned as defective, but showing signs of damage not caused by a manufacturing fault, will not be accepted. This includes accidental, intentional, or wearer-related damage. Additionally, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we receive and approve your return, it will take approximately 20 days for your refund to be processed.

Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at Your Safety Shop, Bovendijk 161, 3045 PD Rotterdam, online@yoursafetyshop.com, +31104432325 with an unequivocal statement (e.g., in writing via post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account balance with the payment method you used. Please note that a refund always requires some processing time. If you’ve already contacted your payment processor and bank and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at online@yoursafetyshop.com.

Standard Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the same payment method and the same credit card or debit card as the original purchase (except for gift cards and e-gift cards, where you will receive credit back onto a new gift card). Shipping costs and sales tax on shipping are not refunded.

Defective Items

We will return a defective product if it doesn’t meet the expected lifespan and falls under our warranty policy. The warranty policy depends on the product category and the reason for defects. See Article 10 of our terms and conditions. We will not reimburse a defective product if it’s not covered by our warranty policy or if the product is damaged from use not intended for the product. The intended use will be reasonably assessed by Your Safety Shop. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will help rectify it as quickly as possible. Please send an email to online@yoursafetyshop.com with an image of the item, a description, and your order details.

Goods Damaged During Shipping

Make sure to check your item(s) as soon as you receive your package. When you order from Your Safety Shop, shipping occurs within 24 hours. Any delivery damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item(s). If you receive your item(s) and it is damaged during shipping, immediately send an email to online@yoursafetyshop.com with an image, a description of the damaged goods, and your order details. We will refund the damaged goods so you can place the order again.
