This page describes the internal Google OAuth application YSS YouTube Bot. It does not replace the storefront privacy policy.
Purpose and access
Authorized operators connect Your Safety Shop’s own YouTube channel for internal reporting. The application requests youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly to read channel data and analytics. It does not request permission to upload, edit or delete YouTube content.
Processing and storage
The gateway stores OAuth refresh tokens in restricted files. Short-lived access tokens are held in memory. Reporting files and operator working copies may be stored in the hosted Grok Bot environment. When a bot produces a report, its AI model processes the reporting data.
Retention
A daily check is scheduled around 07:00 Europe/Amsterdam, with a possible delay of up to 20 minutes. It checks the age of stored YouTube data and raises alerts at 20, 25 and 30 days, and for connection or token problems. The check refreshes the current status snapshot through this brand’s existing read connection. It does not refresh historical reports or other working copies automatically. Those copies are monitored for follow-up. No automatic deletion is enabled; removal of stored copies requires an operator decision. This monitoring is not a guarantee that every stored copy is automatically refreshed or deleted.
Revoke access or request deletion
Revoke access through your Google Account connections. Contact online@yoursafetyshop.com to request removal of related reporting data and local credentials.
